The fine particles are entrained with a small amount of coarse particles and are taken into the turbine classification zone for secondary classification. The fine particles satisfying the particle size requirements are The airflow enters the cyclone separator and the dust collector collects, and coarse particles that do not meet the particle size requirements are discharged from the classifier discharge valve.

Structural features

The classification efficiency is high, the material is subjected to the swirling impact before being discharged, and the fine particles mixed or adhered to the coarse particles are further separated, thereby improving the classification efficiency and the classification precision, and the particle size distribution is narrow, and the ultrafine powder product of 97% less than 5 μm can be obtained. .
